How to place an order

Placing an order on www.refrigiwear1954.com is quick and easy! If the product you wish to buy is displayed on our online catalogue, just select the information requested in the product page and click on "Add to cart"; if you have already registered an account on our online store, you will be redirected to the checkout page and guided through the whole purchase procedure. If you are a new user, you will be asked to insert some basic information for the creation of your account, and you will be then able to complete your purchase following our guided procedure.

After placing your order on wwww.refrigiwear1954.com, you will have the possibility to see all its details by logging in into your account, clicking on "Order history and details". From your account, you will see the date, the content, the amount and the delivery address of your order, and of course your order status. You will also have the possibility to contact our Customer Experience Team  and make the Return procedure within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Payments

Payments methods

Our online store accepts payments by PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer. You can choose one of these payment methods after the checkout. At no time we will be able to accept cash payments, either directly or sent by post.

Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and all transactions are ultimately made in Euro (unless otherwise displayed). If you are paying using a different currency, the currency conversion will be based on the exchange rate of the day of the purchase. There is no extra cost for currency conversion.

Paypal

PayPal permits any company or individual consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner. Clicking the "Pay with Paypal" link will bring you to PayPal's secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account, you can simply proceed to authorise your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for free and securely enter your credit card information (prepaid cards are also accepted). You will then be able to send order payments to with the simple click of your mouse. You can also use your current bank account to apply funds to your PayPal account, from which you can subsequently make payments. The use of PayPal as an online payment tool is free.

Credit cards

On RefrigiWear® Online Store you can securely pay by credit card, we accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro. The payment occurs over a secure server (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption key. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection.
No individual within RefrigiWear® Online Store or over the Internet will have access to your credit card information during and after the moment of purchase. The total amount of your order will be reserved immediately on your credit card and afterwards debited on your account. Orders paid using credit cards are processed faster than those paid via Bank Transfer, as communication of the payment to us is instantaneous.

To ensure you a secure payment transaction, our Payment Department might get in touch with you requesting further information before processing your order. This can influence the delivery time of your order.

Refunds

How to request a refund

You can request a refund by completing the online return procedure withing 14 days of delivery. Please make sure you have read our Return policy, then please send the item back to us following our the instructions.

Refund amount

Please note that administrative costs will be covered by the online shop. However, shipping costs to return the items to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, are solely payable by the customer. You will be refunded for the value of the returned product/s only.

Refund procedure

We can only refund your order on the same payment method you have used to complete your order.

IMPORTANT: Returned products that have been paid for via national bank transfer will be refunded only by bank transfer. In order to proceed with the refund, you will have to insert your bank details directly into the Return form.

Refund timeframe

Please remember that your return will be evaluated by our Quality Check Team. We will issue your refund only after this evaluation. Our aim is to make sure that you are always satisfied with your purchases on RefrigiWear® Online Store. Please bear in mind that it can take up to three weeks for our warehouse to confirm and process your return. We remind you as well that for orders paid by Credit Card, it can take up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your current account.

Returns

Return policy

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. We remind you that your return will be evaluated by our Quality Check Team, so it can take up to three weeks to receive confirmation that your order has been accepted or rejected. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, they must have all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging. You must complete the online Return Process to register your return on our system (see section "How to return" for more details).

How to return and ask for a change

Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or returns page and request a return.

1. Log in to your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue."
- Open the email sent by our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included.
- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to request a return.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit Request."

Return with refund
If your return request is approved and includes a refund, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product and confirm compliance, you will be issued a refund.
Please note that it may take about three weeks between the date you send the item back to us and confirmation that the return has been accepted.

Free exchange
You can request a free exchange of the size or color of the model you ordered. The first exchange is free of charge and we will pick up the package. For any additional exchanges, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If you want a different model than the one you purchased, you will have to request a refund and place a new order.
In the event that the item requested for exchange is not available, you will be issued a voucher of the equivalent value of the returned product, to be used on our site.

Please note: Once you have confirmed your free courier pickup reservation, you will no longer be able to change your exchange request to a return with refund.

Shipping costs to return your order

If you wish to send your order back, we remind you that the shipping costs to return the items to our warehouse, by postal service or courier, is solely payable by the customer. We suggest you to choose a trackable service, so that it is possible to track your parcel until delivery, and to keep the return receipt to allow further checkings, if needed.

In case a size exchange is requested, RefrigiWear® will cover the return and shipping costs for the new-sized item in the first exchange. However, for subsequent exchanges related to the same order, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Delivery information

In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, RefrigiWear® Online Store cooperates with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the product(s) being shipped. Below is the list of Countries our online store ships to and an estimated cost of shipment to each Country.
The final cost of the shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart before the payment and will be added to the total amount of your order on the Checkout screen.
The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.
No additional amount should be paid to the courier at the moment of delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed from 9 am to 5 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please be aware that first-time buyers may encounter processing delays due to necessary identity and information clarification.

Keep an eye on your order

In order to review and verify the information related to your order, please log in into your account on our online store and click on Order history and details, then just click on your order number to view its details. In order to follow the initial progress of your order through our system, you can view its "Status" beside each order code in the section "Order history and details". Once the package has been sent, you will receive the tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier's homepage to track the real-time shipping status of your order from the initial shipment until its delivery.

Delivery times

In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of sending.

Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately two-three days.

Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately four-five working days (not accounting for customs delays).

Duties and taxes

Inside the European Union

There are no additional customs fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

Outside the European Union

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax. However, they are subject to import taxes or customs duties, which will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the courier or to the proper governing authorities.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Deliveries to the United Kingdom will be subject to customs fees for orders starting from 135 pounds.

Failure to clear customs

The onus is on the customer to ensure that their package clears customs by providing customs with all the necessary information and/or fees. If your package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. See our Return Policy for more information.
