INTRODUCTION
This document (hereinafter, the "Regulations") governs the operation of the prize contest called "RefrigiWear Takes You to the MotoGP Paddock" (hereinafter, the "Contest") and the related participation conditions.
PROMOTING ENTITY
From March 25, 2025, to October 31, 2025, the Promoter of the Contest is RefrigiWear Distribution S.r.l., with its registered and operational office in Rome, Lungotevere de’ Cenci no. 9, VAT N. IT12414321005.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The Contest will be promoted through the web, social networks, and RefrigiWear-branded stores throughout the National Territory, which adhere to the initiative and display the promotional advertising materials (hereinafter, collectively, "RefrigiWear Points of Sale").
DURATION
The Contest will begin at 9:00 AM (CET) on March 25, 2025, and will end at 11:59 PM (CET) on October 31, 2025.
The Promoter reserves the right to introduce improved participation conditions, including the possible allocation of welcome bonuses, which will be duly communicated to the Participants using the most appropriate means, while ensuring compliance with the principle of equal treatment.
Any modifications or additions will be communicated to the participants at least 15 days in advance of their effectiveness, using the most appropriate means and in compliance with the requirements set forth in DPR 430/01.
Such modifications or additions will not, in any case, infringe upon the rights already acquired by the participants and will be implemented in compliance with public faith protection and the principle of equal treatment.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
The Contest is open to all natural persons residing and/or domiciled within the European Union, who are at least 18 years old and classified as consumers under Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Code").
PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The purpose of this contest is to attract and retain new customers while also increasing sales volumes of RefrigiWear-branded products.
CONTEST REGISTRATION
All products available for purchase on the RefrigiWear1954.com e-commerce website and at participating stores in the promotional initiative will grant the right to participate in the Contest, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations (hereinafter, collectively, the "Promoted Products").
During the initiative, the Promoter reserves the right to add new products in addition to and/or as a replacement for those listed in these Regulations, as well as to remove unavailable products, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by the Participants.
ISCRIZIONE AL CONCORSO
To participate in the contest, entrants must register as participants1 through the website www.RefrigiWear1954.com, purchase one or more RefrigiWear products, and subsequently confirm their intent to enter the contest by selecting their preferred Grand Prix.
Purchases made at participating stores can be validated for contest participation by:
The form for Contest participation will be accessible starting from 9:00 AM (CET) on March 25, 2025.
To enter the contest, users must review and accept both these Regulations and the Privacy Policy during registration by ticking the corresponding checkboxes (both mandatory).
Store managers, employees of the promoting company and participating stores, as well as their direct relatives, are excluded from participating in the contest.
Failure to correctly fulfill the obligations set forth in these Regulations, or refusal to accept the Regulations and Privacy Policy, will preclude contest participation.
PROMOTIONAL MECHANISM
All Participants who, during the Contest Validity Period, purchase the Promoted Products in accordance with the methods outlined in these Regulations will automatically acquire the right to participate in the Contest.
DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION
For each Grand Prix—three in total—the draw will take place at least 20 days before the race date to allow time for contacting the winners and completing the accreditation process.
The draw will be conducted in the presence of a representative from the relevant Chamber of Commerce or a Notary, who will certify the drawing process and record the winners' names. For each draw, one winner and two reserve names will be selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, contact details, and purchased products of the winners. The submission of false or incorrect information, particularly concerning age or eligibility, or any details that prevent the winner from being contacted, will result in exclusion from the Contest. Additionally, returning the purchased product and receiving a refund will void the right to participate. However, product replacement does not grant an additional entry but maintains the validity of the original entry.
If all verification steps are successfully completed, within six days from the draw date, and in compliance with legal requirements, the selected winners will receive a notification (via SMS or email, as provided at the time of registration). This message will contain instructions for accepting and claiming the prize.
The prize will be awarded in multiple phases. After the draw, and within seven days following it, the winner will be contacted by the Promoter through the email address or mobile number provided at registration to inform them of their win.
The winner must then return the prize acceptance declaration (as per the template attached to the Regulations), which will serve as a release of liability for the Promoter once the winner's information is forwarded to the Accreditation Center of the chosen circuit (see next section).
The declaration must be completed with the required data for prize acceptance and must be returned within seven days of receiving the winner notification, via email to info@refrigiwear.it.
Failure to respond, complete, or return the declaration, or non-compliance with the Regulations' conditions, will result in the winner being considered as having forfeited the prize. In such a case, the prize will be awarded to the next reserve winner, following the order of selection. If all reserves also decline the prize, it will be donated to the Onlus Cesvi Foundation ETS (as detailed below).
PRIZE DELIVERY METHOD
Once the winner confirms their intent to accept the prize, their personal details will be communicated to the MotoGP Accreditation Center for ticket collection related to the Grand Prix they have won access to. The tickets must be collected by the winner no later than 9:00 AM on the first day of the Grand Prix2, which is usually reserved for free practice sessions (for Grand Prix events, this includes the three days of free practice, qualifying, and the race).
NOTE - Failure to collect the tickets without a valid justification will be considered as an implicit forfeiture of the prize and of any other rights, claims, or demands against the Promoter or any related parties.
For any specific requirements regarding the physical collection of tickets, the winner must directly contact the Accreditation Center, as the Promoter's obligations will end once the winner’s details are provided to the Accreditation Center.
PREMI, MONTEPREMI E CAUZIONE
The prizes consist of the items listed below and cannot be converted into cash, stamped securities, bonds, cryptocurrencies, or any other equivalent value.
Participants who, during the Contest Validity Period, are selected as winners through the draw will be awarded the following prizes:
A total of 3 prizes will be awarded, with an overall prize pool valued at €9,000 (including VAT). To guarantee the prize pool, an insurance surety bond has been taken out with Sace BT Spa, headquartered in Rome, Piazza Poli no. 42, under Surety Policy No. 1711.00.27.2799902020.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE BENEFICIARY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
At the conclusion of the Contest, any prizes that, for any reason, have not been claimed and/or awarded—
excluding prizes that have been explicitly refused—will be donated to the CESVI FOUNDATION – ETS, a non-profit organization based in Bergamo, Via Broseta, Tax Code 9500 873 0160.
If CESVI Foundation declines the donation, an alternative non-profit organization will be identified to receive the unclaimed and/or unassigned prizes, in accordance with D.P.R. 430/2001.
COMMUNICATION
The prize contest will be promoted through marketing materials displayed at participating Points of Sale (e.g., posters and/or standees), on the company website, and through any other means the Promoter deems useful for increasing awareness of the contest. All advertising messages will be consistent with these Regulations.
An updated version of the Contest Regulations will be available at any time on the website www.RefrigiWear1954.com, at the Promoter’s headquarters, and at the locations of participating Points of Sale.
ADDITIONAL CLAUSES
Participation in the contest and the collection of any prizes are subject to the transfer of economic rights for the use of the winner's image and personal data in promotional materials created during the Grand Prix, by photographers and videomakers appointed by the Promoter. The rights transfer will be valid for any media or platform, any dissemination method, and without territorial or time limitations.
It is solely the participant's responsibility to comply with the Contest Regulations and ensure that the contact details provided to the Promoter are correct, updated, and active—including phone numbers and email addresses. The Promoter bears no responsibility if a winner fails to receive the notification due to the submission of incorrect, outdated, or non-functional contact details.
Participation in the Prize Contest constitutes unconditional and full acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations, without any limitation.
If the Promoter detects fraudulent activities or any actions that disrupt the fair execution of the contest, those responsible will lose their right to the prize (if they have been declared winners) and will be reported to the relevant authorities for any necessary sanctions.
In the event of the unavailability of any prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of the same nature and of equal or greater value, and where possible, with similar characteristics to those outlined in these Regulations.

For the “San Marino Grand Prix” event, scheduled for September 12-14, 2025, the draw will be held on September 02, 2025. It will be possible to register for the Prize Contest for the second draw by 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2025.
For the “Valencia Grand Prix” event, scheduled for November 14-16, 2025, the draw will be held on October 23, 2025. It will be possible to register for the Prize Contest in relation to the third draw by 11:59 p.m. on October 22, 2025.
After the first draw, it will be possible to participate in the Prize Contest, which will be limited to the prizes for the San Marino Grand Prix and the Valencia Grand Prix. After the second draw, participation in the Prize Contest will be limited to the prize for the Valencia Grand Prix.
