Our online store accepts payments by PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer. You can choose one of these payment methods after the checkout. At no time we will be able to accept cash payments, either directly or sent by post.

Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and all transactions are ultimately made in Euro (unless otherwise displayed). If you are paying using a different currency, the currency conversion will be based on the exchange rate of the day of the purchase. There is no extra cost for currency conversion.

Orders paid using credit cards are processed faster than those paid via Bank Transfer, as communication of the payment to us is instantaneous.

You can request a refund by returning your item within 14 days from the delivery date.

RefrigiWear® will cover all administrative costs related to the refund process. However, all shipping costs associated with Returns with Refund are covered by the customer. You will receive a full refund for the value of the returned products, minus a fee to cover return shipping expenses. For detailed information, please refer to the "Returns" section under the "Cost Summary".
Initial delivery costs, where applied, are excluded from the refund amount.

We can only refund your order on the same payment method you have used to complete your order. Please note that store credit is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Returned products that have been paid for via national bank transfer will be refunded only by bank transfer. In order to proceed with the refund, you will have to insert your bank details directly into the Return form.

Please remember that your return will be evaluated by our Quality Check Team. We will issue your refund only after this evaluation. Our aim is to make sure that you are always satisfied with your purchases on RefrigiWear® Online Store. Please bear in mind that it can take up to three weeks for our warehouse to confirm and process your return. We remind you as well that for orders paid by Credit Card, it can take up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your current account.

You can return or exchange RefrigiWear® products purchased online, for any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please follow this link.
To proceed with the return and obtain a refund or exchange, the products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. We cannot process a refund or exchange if the products do not meet the described conditions.

Please note that products not compliant with our return policy will be returned to the customer at their own expense, as they cannot be resold.

Free Exchange
Our simplified exchange procedure is completely free of charge.You can request a size or color exchange of the ordered item within 14 days of delivery, without any additional costs, by visiting this link.

The first exchange is free, and we will cover the package pickup costs. For any subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to replace the purchased product with a different style, you can do so directly through our return management platform by selecting the new item or by requesting an immediate store credit, which can be used as a payment method for a new order.
In case the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a discount voucher equivalent to the value of the returned product, redeemable on our website.

Please Note: Once the free pickup confirmation has been issued by the courier, it will no longer be possible to modify the exchange request into a refund request.

Return for Refund

Refund Processing
Once the product is received at our warehouse and its compliance is verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.We strive to process all returns within 72 hours of receipt at our warehouse. However, in cases of high request volumes, the process may take up to 15-20 days from the return shipment date to the refund confirmation.

If, instead, you wish to return an item for a refund, the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether via courier or postal service, will be entirely your responsibility. In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, RefrigiWear® Online Store cooperates with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the product(s) being shipped. Below is the list of Countries our online store ships to and an estimated cost of shipment to each Country.
The final cost of the shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart before the payment and will be added to the total amount of your order on the Checkout screen.
The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.
No additional amount should be paid to the courier at the moment of delivery.
Shipping costs, where applied, will not be refunded in the case of a return with refund.

Orders are processed from 9 am to 5 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please be aware that first-time buyers may encounter processing delays due to necessary identity and information clarification.

In order to review and verify the information related to your order, please log in into your account on our online store and click on Order history and details, then just click on your order number to view its details. In order to follow the initial progress of your order through our system, you can view its "Status" beside each order code in the section "Order history and details". Once the package has been sent, you will receive the tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier's homepage to track the real-time shipping status of your order from the initial shipment until its delivery.

In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the time of sending.

Shipments to the rest of the European Union, USA, Canada take approximately two-five days.

Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately four-seven working days (not accounting for customs delays).

Inside the European Union

There are no additional customs fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

Outside the European Union

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax. However, they are subject to import taxes or customs duties, which will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the courier or to the proper governing authorities.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Deliveries to the United Kingdom will be subject to customs fees for orders starting from 135 pounds.

Failure to clear customs
